Ouri comes from the Korean word for “our”

a small word that captures what we hope this space can be: something we share.

Founded by husband and wife team Cameron and Dean Park, Ouri Matcha is a Memphis made matcha slow bar rooted in Korean heritage, a love of Japanese matcha, and the joy of bringing people together. What started as a pop-up in the summer of 2025 grew, cup by cup, into our home in Uptown Memphis.

We serve the highest quality matcha from Shizuoka Japan. Each cup is carefully whisked and made to order, with attention to the balance of tea, milk, and sweetness. Our menu makes room for both the everyday classic and something a little unexpected, from seasonal flavors to collaborations with the local businesses we love.

The “slow” in slow bar is an invitation to take a moment. Ask a question. Try a new flavor. Catch up with someone you’ve missed. Whether matcha is already part of your daily routine or you’re here for your very first sip, there’s a place for you at our bar.

Ouri has grown through the people who show up: our team, our neighbors, our creative collaborators, and everyone who has brought a friend back for a cup. We’re grateful to be part of your mornings, your afternoon breaks, and your little reasons to get out of the house.
